George is the founder of Middle Market
Capital a Merchant Bank specializing in the middle market.
George has a highly successful career in
raising equity and financing for middle market companies.
George started his career in the Mezzanine Finance Group at
Barclay’s Bank and quickly rose to the Managing Director
level of international investment banks including IBJ
Whitehall, Westford Asset Management and West Bay Finance.
George was a pioneer in the Mezzanine lending arena and is
highly skilled manager with excellent communication skills
used to promote awareness with transaction oriented
professionals. Strong planning and follow-through skills
used to oversee sourcing, analysis, financing, execution,
and negotiations through to closing. George is an active
participant in several national associations including the
Association for Corporate Growth, Special Situations
Investment Group, Capital Markets and Financial Service
Network and the Barclays Global Group. George earned his BA
in Economics from New York University and his MBA from the
University of Chicago.
